How Ordering Works

Getting your order is simple and straightforward. Follow these easy steps:

1. Pick Your Snacks Online

Choose from our health-forward lineup: Protein Energy Bites, Protein Donuts, Yogurt Parfaits, Egg White Bites, and Snack Packs. With a $25 minimum order, it’s easy to fuel your week with convenient, wholesome options.

2. Contact Us for Customized Meals and Snack Packs

Looking for full meals? breakfast, lunch, or dinner? We don’t post meal menus online because each package is tailored to you. Use our Contact tab to share your food preferences, favorite proteins, veggies, dislikes, and any allergies. We’ll create a meal plan that works for your lifestyle and budget.

3. Place Your Weekly Order

Orders for the upcoming week should be placed by Thursday at 5 PM. This helps us plan properly and ensure the best quality in every bite.

4. Delivery or Pickup

Delivery: Available within a 5-10-mile radius of 99208 for a 10% delivery fee.

Deliveries take place on Sundays between 5pm-9pm

Pickup (COMING SOON): We partner with community locations across Spokane, with more North, South, East, and West pickup zones coming soon.

5. Fresh, Reliable, and Flexible

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation and details on when your food will be ready. Orders are prepared fresh each week so you can spend less time stressing about meals and more time enjoying them.

6. Dietary Needs & Allergies

Your health matters to us. We take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously and carefully adjust meal and snack options to fit your needs.

7. Payment Made Easy

We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments. Final details are provided when you place your order.
